Yogurt Mint Sauce with Garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
7 oz greek yogurt
1 garlic clove grated
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl.  Whish well.  Place in the refrigerator for one hour to chill.  Enjoy on top of tacos, fish etc.
