Tomato COTTAGE
There is nothing earth shattering about this snack, it is simple, healthy and takes a damn good picture. Think of this like the new “avocado toast,” but better.
1 whole tomato cut into bit size pieces
½ cup cottage cheese
3-6 small basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Place tomatoes in a bowl and sprinkle in salt and pepper. Place cottage cheese on top. Garnish with salt, pepper and basil leaves. Then take a picture.
