Sweet Corn Bread
Ingredients
Rebel Pickle Corn Bread Mix
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable Oil (or melted butter, slightly cooled)
1-2 jalapenos (optional), minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch bake pan with oil or butter.
Empty the corn bread mix into a large bowl. Stir in egg, milk and vegetable oil. Using a spatula gently mix together until no dry flour remains. Do not over mix. Add in the mince jalapeno peppers. Pour batter
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy warm.
