Summer Savory and Garlic Salt

1 clove garlic
6 teaspoons large flake salt, divided. (Large Sea salt works fine too)
3 tablespoons summer savory leaves

In a food processor blend garlic and 2 teaspoons of salt. Process until uniformly chopped. Add the summer savory until leaves are well chopped. Transfer to a baking sheet and mix in the remaining salt. Let the pan sit out for a few days until the garlic and herbs are thoroughly dry.
