Shaved Radish Salad with Walnuts and Lemon Balm

1 bunch radishes
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 teaspoon sea salt. or to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lemon balm leaves (mint works well here too)

Toast walnuts in a preheated 350 degree oven for eight minutes or until golden brown, tossing midway. Let cool, and crush when cool enough to handle.

Slice radishes as thin as possible. Place in a bowl and toss with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Toss well. Top with walnut and lemon balm.
