Rosemary Balsamic Vinegar

 

Ingredients

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, discard stem
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

In a food processor, combine vinegar, mustard, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. With the processor running, add oil in a thin stream. Blend until creamy, about 1 minute.
