Rebel Honey MUSTARD

Some items in your kitchen should never be store bought, and honey mustard is on the top of that list.  Forget someone else deciding how much mayonnaise and how much mustard you should have in your honey mustard, you pick!  I have been making honey mustard for 15 years now and I can say no two dipping sauces have ever been the same.  That is the beauty of making your own, so here is the blueprint, make changed to fit your tastes.

Makes 3/4 cup

½ mayonnaise

3 tablespoons of yellow mustard, you may mix in other types as well

2 tablespoons honey

½ tablespoons lemon juice, optional

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl until thoroughly combined.  Chill before use.
