Popping Corn
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Popping Corn
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
In a medium sauce pan with a lid, heat 1 T coconut oil on medium heat. Pour in ½ cup Yellow Pop Corn. Stir to coat the kernels with oil and cover, shaking occasionally to prevent burning. When popping slows, remove from heat. Drizzle with 2 T melted butter, add salt.
