Oven Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus relatively the same size
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Trim about an inch or two off of the ends of the asparagus. Discard ends. On a large rimmed baking sheet spread out the trimmed asparagus. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Using your fingers, toss the asparagus to evenly coat the oil and the salt and pepper. Place int he oven for 12-17 minutes depending on your desired level of doneness. Done.
