Blue Cheese Napa Slaw

Ingredients

1 head Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
3-4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
1/4 Onion, thinly sliced
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon honey, or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, layer cabbage, onions, minced garlic and blue cheese.

In a seperate bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, celery seeds and salt and pepper until well blended. 2-3 minutes of vigorous whisking. Pour over the cabbage and toss until well blended. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
