Lemon Balm TEA

Makes one cup

¼ cup fresh lemon balm leaves

1 cup water

1 teaspoon raw honey

Chop the lemon balm leaves to release the oils. Place in your favorite tea mug and set aside. Heat water to almost a boil using your preferred method. Pour water over the tea leaves.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes.  Strain leaves if desired.  Stir in honey.
