Honey Chamomile LATTE
Serves 2
1 ½ cups water
8-10 fresh chamomile flowers
1 ½ cups cold milk, you can use any kind of milk
1 tablespoon honey
Ground cinnamon
Place chamomile flowers in a pourable container. Bring water to an almost boil. Remove from heat and pour heated water over the flowers. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the milk in another small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until warm and frothy, about 5-6 minutes. Strain flowers from heated water, add honey and stir until dissolved. Divide warm tea between two mugs, then divide the frothy milk. Stir gently to combine. Top with the foam milk and dust with cinnamon. Serve now.
