Fresh Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 small garlic clove
1 cup packed basil leaves
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
3 Tablespoons of red or white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
Peal the garlic and place it in a food processor. Process until roughly chopped. Add the remainder of the ingredients and process until the basil is finely chopped and comes together into a vinaigrette. Serve at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.
