Edamame with Soy and Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch of Edamame pods, cleaned
2 T sesame oil, any oil will do
1 t soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Boild edamame for 3-4 minutes. Drain with cold water and dry with a paper towel.

In a pan over high heat, add oil. WHen the oil is hot add cooked edamame and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and stir until the sauce has evaporated.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
