Death by GARLIC
Do not let the name of this dish scare you but lets just say you might be spending the rest of the night alone after you have had this. Regardless, it is totally worth it.
Serves 4
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup butter
10 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 pound penne pasta
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
Cook pasta according to the box’s instructions. In a pan, brown garlic in oil and butter, stirring so the garlic does not burn. Add salt, pepper and parsley and remove from heat. Toss garlic with penne and Romano cheese and serve.
