Creamy Mustard Greens

1 bunch mustard Greens, stemmed and roughly chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

In a saucepan melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the greens to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until the greens are soft and wilted. Remove greens from pan. Add the last tablespoon of butter to the pan and stir in the onions. Cook until translucent. Add the heavy cream. Reduce cream until it is thickened. Add the greens back in and cook for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
