Chedder Drop Biscuit Mix

1 Package of Rebel Pickle’s Cheddar Drop Biscuit Mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter melted, can use vegetable oil in a pinch
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Greek oregano, any herb works including dried herbs

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Empty contents of mix into a large bowl. Add milk and melted butter. Stir to combine, but do not overmix. Fold in cheddar cheese and herbs.

Scoop about 1/4 cup of biscuit dough onto the parchment lined baking sheet. You’ll have enough for about 12 biscuits. Place into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
